Castleberry Singleton’s accomplishments include launching the Dignity and Respect (D&R) Campaign at UPMC in November 2008. Now a national initiative, D&R focuses on 30 tips for inclusive behavior. To date, more than a quarter of a million people have taken the web-based D&R Pledge to treat others with dignity and respect.

An international speaker, Castleberry Singleton’s message is one of community partnership, cultural competency and the inclusive behavior of dignity and respect. At UPMC, she’s known for invoking management’s rallying cry of, “We’re all in this together.”
